What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the diverse needs of our young people

* Collaborate with educational and residential teams to create clinically informed environments

* Provide training, support, and consultation to school staff and care teams to enrich the care and education of the children

* Engage with the children and young people to promote a positive change and support their personal development

* Work flexibly across two key locations, albeit with options for part-time work focused solely on the Sandwell site
