Job Opportunity: Maternity Cover - Dental Practice Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Maternity Cover (12 months)
Start Date: June 2025
Hours: 4-5 days per week

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Practice Manager looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a confident and capable leader to cover a 12-month maternity leave at our friendly and well-established dental practice, starting in June 2025.

You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring exceptional patient care, managing compliance, and supporting the team. You'll need to be well-organised, proactive, and able to lead by example.

• Overseeing the daily operations of the practice

• Managing staff rotas, recruitment, and HR processes

• Ensuring full CQC and regulatory compliance

• Handling budgets, stock control, and financial reporting

• Delivering an excellent patient experience

• Supporting marketing and practice development initiatives

• Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential)

• Strong understanding of CQC, GDPR, and health & safety compliance

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Competitive salary of £30,000 - £36,000 (based on experience)
