Locum Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist - Bristol, UK

* Opportunity: Ongoing full-time locum position for a Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist in Bristol.

* Hourly Rate: £26.00 per hour.

* Specialism: Community-based adult services.

* Team: Supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a safe, patient-centred, effective, and evidence-based Occupational Therapy service within the community setting.

* Deliver both acute and long-term therapy and clinical activities within the Adult Service.

* Collaborate effectively within an integrated multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, physiotherapists, paramedics, and other Allied Healthcare Professionals.

* Conduct initial holistic assessments and implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients, often with complex needs from the frail elderly cohort.

* Utilise clinical reasoning skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centred intervention programmes.

* Proactively and responsibly manage your own caseload.
