What you will do:

* Lead and manage clinical and administrative functions, ensuring excellent patient care while adhering to professional standards.

* Provide expert clinical guidance and support to radiographers and sonographers across the organisation.

* Oversee recruitment, performance management, and professional development to maintain a high-performing team.

* Foster a culture of radiation safety and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements like IR(ME)R17 and IRR17.

* Manage budgets effectively, identifying opportunities and threats to maintain financial health.

* Prepare and present key performance indicator reports to the Executive Board.

* Collaborate with corporate teams to implement new services and improve existing ones.

* Ensure smooth contract management and efficient day-to-day operations.

* Act as the registered CQC manager, dealing with regulatory and compliance matters.
