Band 6 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist in Fulham, London, earning up to £26 per hour on an ongoing full-time locum contract. What you will do:

* Provide specialist clinical services to children with speech and language challenges, managing a specific caseload tailored to your expertise.

* Work collaboratively within designated localities with parents, carers, school staff, and professionals to ensure children develop their communication skills.

* Assess needs, develop, and implement targeted speech and language therapy programs for referred children.

* Offer expert advice to parents and professionals on managing children with communication or feeding difficulties.

* Fulfil professional and legal responsibilities under the Children and Families Act 2014, contributing to statutory assessments and implementing provisions outlined in Education Health and Care Plans.

* Maintain accountability for personal professional actions, seeking guidance from senior colleagues when needed.

* Provide line management, supervision, and support to less experienced colleagues and students, including offering second opinions.

To be successful in this role, you must be a registered HCPC practitioner and hold a valid UK driver's license.
