Salary: £31,317- £38,122 p/a - depending on experience

Full time: 40 hours a week

Cygnet Pindar House is a 22-bed Neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility for men affected by acquired brain injuries. It is a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease an opportunity to help manage the progression of their symptoms.

We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist with:

• A Diploma/Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and current (or pending) registration with HCPC and membership of professional body (RCSLT)
• Strong clinical and professional skills
• Experience or keen interest in the field of neurological conditions
• Evidence of being a strong team player with a genuine desire to help others
• Good organisational and project management skills
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Enthusiasm, motivation and passion

• Excellent Clinical Supervision, Peer Support, CPD and development opportunities
• Support in developing and evidencing NQP SLT goals, including access to the Cygnet NQP and Band 5 Forum
• Support in continuing to develop Dysphagia competencies
