Contract Type: Locum ongoing contract

Pay Rate: £28-£32 per hour (assignment rate)

Main duties of the Occupational Therapist:

* Complete OT equipment reviews in the child's home environment

* Complete loler sling checks

* Support our capacity to complete OT reviews

* Complete new OT assessments and recommending and assessing for specialist equipment

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy

* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist

* Recent NHS experience

* Registered with the HCPC

* Experience working with children with physical disabilities
