Join us as a Band 6 Physiotherapist specialising in Falls Prevention in Milton Keynes, earning £26 Hourly . This outstanding opportunity begins ASAP and is ongoing. We are looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist to embrace this role full-time, although part-time applications are welcome.

What you will do:
- Provide advanced assessments for patients who are at risk of falling or have experienced falls, developing tailored treatment plans to support their recovery.
- Conduct telephone triage and multifactorial assessments, contributing to comprehensive care approaches alongside the Multidisciplinary Team.
- Manage your caseload independently, taking charge of a defined area of service or patient category, with available support and guidance from senior healthcare professionals when needed.
- Operate independently in all clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner, delivering high-quality patient care.
- Engage in evidence-based audit and research projects, recommending improvements to practice and potentially leading the implementation of new protocols.
Requirements:
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant field.
- A valid driver's licence is preferable, enhancing mobility and patient access.
