Job Title: Physio Acute

Location: Beckett St, Harehills, Leeds (UK)

Salary: Band 6 pay £25 per hour, Band 7 pay £29.43 per hour

Contract: Full Time with the option for Part Time - Ongoing

What you will do:

* Provide expert physiotherapy services within acute wards, supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation.

* Lead discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions for patients and optimal continuity of care.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-focused care.

Requirements:

* Registration with the HCPC is a must, ensuring you meet our high standards of professional practice.

* At least 2 years of relevant experience in an acute setting is essential, so you're confident in handling various patient needs.

* A driving licence is preferable to assist with any travel needs and enhance service delivery.
