This role focuses on the independent assessment, treatment, and discharge planning of patients in a community rehab team. You will be utilising your skills in equipment reasoning and ordering, using recognisable outcome measures, and conducting family meetings. We are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist who preferably has experience within community and rehab settings. Part-time work arrangements may also be considered, with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week, depending on your experience.

What you will do :

- Conduct independent assessments, treatments, and discharge planning for patients in a community rehab setting
