What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with neurological conditions, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to their unique needs.

* Implement effective therapy interventions aimed at helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

* Educate patients and their families about managing their conditions and promote involvement in their recovery process.

Essential requirements:

* Proven experience in stroke or neuro settings is highly desirable.

* UK-based Occupational Therapy experience is a must.

* Current HCPC registration is required.
