Job Title : Occupational Therapist - Social Services - Community Location : Brent, UK Hourly Rate : £38 Contract Type : Ongoing, Full-Time (Part-Time will be considered)

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct person-centred occupational therapy functional assessments of adults living in the community to identify their physical, sensory, psychological, and cognitive needs related to Activities of Daily Living.
Develop short treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and carers to address identified needs.
Identify and raise safeguarding concerns for adults with care and support needs, leading safeguarding enquiries and promoting the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal.
Undertake comprehensive assessments , identifying safeguarding issues and delivering tailored interventions.
Deliver interventions that enhance individuals' ability to perform tasks in their daily living environment, promoting health and independence.
Qualifications and Experience :
A current HCPC registration .
Minimum of 2 years' experience in occupational therapy, ideally within social services or community settings.
A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel within the community.
