Registered Psychologist

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services for a Registered Psychologist to join the team within a private hospital in Dewsbury which is a 32 bedded locked service, supporting two different service user groups:

Situated in a community location in West Yorkshire. The hospital provides a specialist inpatient service for adults and older age males with severe and enduring mental health conditions, who may also have an undiagnosed memory related illness. We also provide a specialist neurocognitive/dementia care service for males presenting with very agitated or aggressive behaviour.

You will be a confident leader who is keen to help develop others. You will understand the dynamics of working in both hospital and other healthcare environments and be able to help offer containment and support to those who need it within a culture of compassion.

This is a part time permanent post 22.5 hrs per week and offers a salary of £48,250 - £58,250 FTE per annum
