Community Neuro Physiotherapist

JustPhysio are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Neuro Physiotherapist for a locum position with our client in Coventry.

The pay for this position is £20 - £23 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on - going duration.

It is essential for applicants to have a minimum of 1-year post-graduate experience, right to work in the UK and HCPC registration.

Job Summary
* To work as a specialist physiotherapist within the Community Integrated Neuro and Stroke Service as a member of an interdisciplinary team, which include Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Dietetics, Psychology, Assistant Practitioners and Rehabilitation Technicians.
* The post holder will provide a comprehensive range of evidence-based assessments and treatments to adults in Coventry with a neurological disorder in patients own home, in clinic, or other community settings.
* To follow defined stroke and neurological care pathways and other relevant rehabilitation pathways as required.
* To liaise closely with members of the team and other community services to support patient's effective rehabilitation.
* To assist in the quality and activity monitoring systems
* To adhere to the lone worker policy
* To work flexibly to ensure appropriate service provision over weekends and bank holidays.
