Job Description:

Join our vibrant team as a Band 6 Dietitian - Diabetes Team at Gee Business Centre, Birmingham where you will earn up to £27 hourly. This part-time role for 18 hours per week offers an ASAP start for a 3-week maternity cover. Within our dynamic Diabetes Team, you will provide essential dietetic services, both face-to-face and through telephone consultations, for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes clinics. What you will do:

- Provide expert dietetic assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients with diabetes, focusing on personalized dietary advice to improve health outcomes.

- Participate in both telephone and face-to-face clinics, ensuring seamless care delivery and effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.

- Develop and deliver educational materials to enhance patient understanding of diabetes management, including dietary strategies and lifestyle modifications.

- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care pathways and optimal patient management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Requirements:

- Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

- A valid driver's license is required for potential travel between sites.
