What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans for students requiring speech and language support.
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidenced-based practices and adapt strategies to meet students' specific needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate speech and language therapy into students' daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated with best practices in speech and language therapy within educational settings.
Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:
- Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
- Recent UK/NHS post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
