What you will do:

* Conduct expert assessments of clients with communication and swallowing difficulties.

* Develop bespoke treatment plans and deliver therapy to enhance patient outcomes.

* Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

* Document and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

* Travel between various work locations, including homes, community bases, and hospitals.

HCPC registration is required.
