Job Description

Role: Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (Haematology/Oncology)
Site: HCA at UCH (part of HCA Healthcare UK), London
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, across five days Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 plus On-Calls . Four days would be considered
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover for 1 Year
Salary: Competitive based on skills and experience (with excellent benefits)

We're looking for a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist with Haematology/Oncology experience to join our team at HCA at UCH, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.

As a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you'll work across both our inpatients and outpatient areas, using your expertise to provide advice and counselling to patients. Day to day you'll rotate between the dispensary and patient wards, preparing medication and liaising with patients and colleagues alike to ensure our high standards of care are maintained. We'll look to you to support with a variety of clinical tasks, such as ordering medication, or even supporting with patient nutrition.   • Strong relationship building skills
  • Inpatient and Outpatient experience
  • Registration with GpHC
  • Specialist knowledge and experience within Haematology/Oncology and Cancer Services within a hospital setting
