Private Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedic Team - Derby, UK

Position Overview:

* Role: Private Physiotherapist

* Specialism: Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedic

* Hourly Rate: £35.00 per hour

* Duration: Ongoing

* Full-time: Flexible hours within a 7-day pattern, including shifts between 07:30 and 19:00

Key Responsibilities:

* Primarily serve in outpatient settings, managing a diverse range of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and post-operative cases.

* Contribute significantly to patients' recovery, supporting them in achieving and maintaining optimal health and wellbeing.

* Assist in wards with post-operative orthopaedic, breast, and gynaecological cases, ensuring safe and effective discharge procedures.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPs, and consultants, to optimise patient health and recovery.

* Manage a caseload of both MSK outpatients and inpatients, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Requirements:

* BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).

* HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) registration.

* Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, with significant exposure to MSK outpatients and inpatient orthopaedics in either an NHS or Private Hospital setting.

* A car driver is preferred to facilitate work across multiple sites and home visits when required.
