Health Care Assistant, Lincoln

Are you an HCA in the Lincoln area with experience in General Practice? Do you want to maximise your income through an exciting temp to perm placement?

*Please note: Applicants will only be considered if they have experience working within General Practice. Applicants from a hospital, care home or personal care background will not be considered*

I'm currently working with a lovely surgery in the Lincoln area who require an HCA to support from April onwards. This placement will offer 4 months of locum sessions, then progress onto a permanent role (candidates must be open to both locum and permanent to be considered for the role). The ideal candidate will be able to offer full time hours, but the surgery can provide flexibility to accommodate a 4-day working week if desired.

The pay rate for the temp placement is £13 (inc. holiday pay), whilst the pay is negotiable based on experience once you progress to a permanent member of the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely, family orientated team who are keen to welcome a new member, they are highly supportive and keen to help develop their staff.
