Band 7 Pharmacist Job Opportunity in Birmingham

We are offering an incredible opportunity for a Band 7 Pharmacist to join the team at Good Hope Hospital in Birmingham. Earn between £27 to £30 per hour on an ongoing contract while working full-time, Monday to Friday, with a total of 37.5 hours per week. This role requires GPHC registration and previous hospital experience is essential. You will be working on wards with some dispensary support, allowing you to broaden your skills and impact patient care directly.

What you will do:

- Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients by conducting thorough evaluations and developing effective treatment plans.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient medication management in wards.

- Support dispensary services as needed, providing comprehensive and timely pharmaceutical dispensing to patients and staff.

- Monitor and review medication regimens to prevent and resolve any issues, ensuring optimal patient safety.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
