What you will do:

* Conduct meticulous final accuracy checks on prescriptions and medication orders previously verified by pharmacists.

* Adhere to established protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance during the dispensing process.

* Participate actively in quality assurance processes to uphold high standards within the pharmacy.

* Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

* Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to support safe medication practices.

* Communicate clearly with team members regarding medication management and discrepancies.

* Assist in training and supervising junior staff and pharmacy trainees, mentoring new staff to support their development.

* Maintain accurate records of all dispensing activities, including documenting any incidents or errors.

* Ensure pharmacy equipment is maintained in good working order, promptly reporting any issues.

Requirements:

* Must be GPHC registered.

* ACT is essential.

* Work required Monday to Friday.
