Key Responsibilities:

* Treatment and Rehabilitation: Deliver evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, for a variety of musculoskeletal disorders.

* Clinical Decision-Making: Make independent, informed treatment decisions and adapt rehabilitation plans based on patient progress, in line with clinical guidelines.

* Multi-disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, occupational therapists, and orthopaedic specialists to provide integrated, patient-centred care.

* Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about musculoskeletal conditions and self-management strategies to improve recovery and prevent future injuries.

* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with NHS policies, and document all treatment interventions and outcomes.

* Service Improvement: Contribute to the advancement of physiotherapy services by participating in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
