What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional aspects to devise individual treatment plans.

- Collaborate in initial assessments and be adept in specialist seating and discharge planning.

- Engage in mental capacity decisions while navigating NHS pathways efficiently.

- Manage a challenging neurological and trauma caseload, ensuring high-quality patient-centred care.

- Maintain professional HCPC registration with at least two years of relevant experience, demonstrating your capability and expertise.
