What you will do:

* Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients within an acute hospital setting, specialising in stroke care.

* Engage in discharge planning and rehabilitation, particularly for elderly patients and those recovering from strokes.

* Manage and prioritise a complex caseload, including acutely unwell and respiratory patients, such as those in critical care or ICU.

* Ensure appropriate equipment provision and manage d2a experiences positively.

* Collaborate closely with your multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.

Requirment :

* You will need to be registered with the HCPC and possess a degree in physiotherapy.

* 2 Years of experience as a physiotherapist is required.

* Preferably, you are also a car driver, which will help with mobility across different healthcare sites.
