We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team at HMP Long Lartin, a category A prison based in the village of South Littleton based in Worcestershire. The site is around 10 minutes drive from Evesham and 45 minutes drive from Birmingham. You will be joining an established Pharmacy team, and will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team including GP's, ANP's and nurses to complete clinical screening and deliver clinical including pain management, substance misuse and long term conditions.
Please note there will be no dispensing within this role
Hours
3 days a week between Monday to Friday
8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Salary
This position is part time working 22.5 hours across 3 days, you'll receive an annual salary between £ 49,848 and £ 55,941 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
What you'll be doing
As the Clinical Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service
- Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring a safe and modern medicines management services
- Lead a team of Pharmacy technicians

Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Pharmacist - holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Vocational Master's Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
- Relevant post qualification
