We are looking for an experienced and proactive Multi-Site Dental Operations Manager to oversee the operations of several practices and ensure consistency in quality care and operational efficiency.
Job Description:
As a Multi-Site Dental Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our multiple dental offices. You will work closely with practice managers, staff, and dentists to ensure a smooth workflow, high patient satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, improve patient care, and achieve business goals across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple dental practices, ensuring consistent performance across all locations.
- Lead, support, and develop practice managers and staff to maintain optimal patient care and staff satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage practice performance metrics, including patient flow, scheduling, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, dental policies, and company procedures across all locations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes.
- Manage budgets and financials for each practice, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and patient service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and manage office technology and systems for consistency in patient experience and data management.
- Conduct regular site visits to each location to monitor operations, provide support, and ensure company standards are upheld.
- Facilitate communication between all locations to ensure best practices are shared and implemented.
